1. Digital Nature of Products

All our products, including online courses, digital files, templates, and downloadable study materials, are digital goods.
Once a product or course is purchased and accessed, it is non-returnable and non-refundable, as digital content cannot be physically returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You made a duplicate payment by mistake.
  • The purchased course was not delivered due to a technical error on our end.
  • You were charged but did not receive access to the course within 48 hours of payment.

In such cases, you must contact us within 3 days of purchase at connect@prashidhajietdutta.com with your order details and payment proof.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing the course.
  • You do not wish to continue or complete the course.
  • You purchased by mistake but already accessed or downloaded the content.
  • You faced internet or device issues from your side while accessing the course.

4. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.
The amount will be refunded through the same payment method used during the transaction.

5. Cancellation Policy

Since our products are digital, once the payment is completed, order cancellation is not possible.
